I don't know what it means when an escort says diapers. But I have a friend who is 'into' diapers. He wears big adult diapers under his jeans instead of underwear. He showed me a fetish site of guys who wear diapers, I even signed up although it's not my thing. And I don't remember the website address now. But I think I remember options for stating if you were the wearer or the one who liked guys in diapers. There was also some type of option for whether you were into changing clean diapers vs 'dirty' ones.
