The area code on his phone number, 806, is from the Texas panhandle--not Houston. I've never seen him here before and never heard of him before. He is probably new to the business and just trying to make some money (short term). He is cute, but someone will have to take one for the team and write a review before I will venture forth and retain him for professional services (or whatever). If he turns out to be in the industry for the long term and is 110% professional, then Houston may just have another "winner". If you hire, let us know.
