True enough, but any escort "has a health disadvantage" also. If you can't figure out how to play safely, you're silly to hire escorts. Lots of confusion in this thread about something so little popular and rare in the US. It's funny how the "smell" problem turned into "health disadvantage" and then into a "medical condition".

 

Being one who is uncut and living in Europe, I have seen a number of uncut men. That being said I can see what Joseph is referring to in his post above. The truth is that we, uncut guys, have to take a greater care of our private parts: wash thoroughly with soap and hot water then dry well before pulling back the skin. Ideally, one needs to wash his uncut cock after each "use". If (god forbids) it's left unwashed for some time time, there's bad bacteria that develops under the foreskin therefore the smell. And here's the tricky part: to get rid of the smell one needs to use anti-bacterial soap for several days. A quick rinse or a quick trip to the lavatory isn't enough and you won't get rid of that "scent" on the spot as Joseph has mentioned. Having a good regular and everyday hygiene is paramount for the uncut cock.
