nothing is yours anymore once you put it on the web

Not true. The U.S. has copyright laws. I've won three cases of proven violation. The financial settlements were steep. I have a very good lawyer. A creative content owner is required to know the protection rules. All photographs are the property of the photographer, unless the photographer surrendered his copyright in writing to someone else. If an escort does not "own" the copyright of his photographs, the escort can't do anything legally. The copyright owner is the only person who can bring a legal case forward. It helps if the photographs are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Since most escorts perform their business in the shade, and prefer to stay there, taking legal action may not be available to the escort.

Still, you can expose the liars, thieves, and scammers, and use that opportunity to draw new attention to yourself. Where there's a will, there's a way.
