what he said. and contact the cl and tell them. also the cl doesn't allow those types of ads he is trying to run a business ad in a free section of the cl because the cl stopped the adult services section few years back. that alone is grounds for removing his ads

I'm confused here...And I suppose if your pics are public domain, he is able to "borrow" them..... I see the problem more with the client than with the "borrower"...

If you google his number, a number of ads come up. They all seem to be using the same pics of the same guy. As he is a known picture thief, no guarantee that these are his and who you would meet. Not a terribly bad looking guy but other than red hair I can't imagine opening the door and thinking he looks like Xander.
