this has all the hallmarks of a fake, but he has that picture at the end where he's holding up a paper with his name on it??

First of all, I could post an ad with some other guy holding up a piece of paper. Whether it says Alexi or Mary Todd Lincoln is irrelevant. Why would that make you think he's real?

 

I'd guess he's real. If he were a fake, he'd post a picture with a body that would make you want to get a massage from him, and he'd probably have a more tempting text. This is some skinny kid who probably knows nothing about massage, maybe does oral sex, and you have no idea of what kind of experience this will be.

 

I hate to sound xenophobic, but Alexi sure sounds Russian to me, and I suspect that he may be one of the Murray Hill Gang.
