Most of all--finally the release of the new recording of Kurt Weill's One Touch of Venus, which was a hit at Encores over a decade ago. It was Mary Martin's first major success in a starring role in the early 1940s.

I see that there is a new show called Scandalous, with book by Kathie Lee Gifford, about a woman preacher back in the late 1800's. anyone know about this show?

I agree with that remark. Not looking good. KLG also wrote the lyrics...AND, the show is about Amiee Semple McPherson a famous preacher.
