Any Intel on Luciano?

 

According to his newest ad, Luciano is in Chicago this week:

If he delivers on the representations in his ad, he would be worth a $350 spin for some of us--but for most of us he would not be worth two cents if he is a fraud. (If he were a purdy fraud, he would be worth more than two cents to many, but not to me.)

 

So has anyone actually met Luciano? What kind of reputation does he have? The ad seems too good to be true.
