Max I see no reason you need to disclose who you are in the working world. None of us does here and if you feel better about being honest with posters go ahead. I don't see how knowing who you are in the working vernacular ands any more or less credence to what you say.

I do think it was unfair for you to pull up some else's ad for comment. I do understand what you were trying to accomplish but since you are a seasoned veteran to posting you are well aware that many have to chime in about something that goes beyond the scope of what you asked. Such as

1. Axiom a third party negative comment so in appropriate here.

2. Criticism that he is a top only, what the hell does that have to do with his ad

As to the ad as a person who looks at Chicago as my primary pool of candidates, Mike's ad does better than most. The pictures posted are for the most part recent, which is way better than 75% of the gentlemen he competes against in Chicago. His ad describes who he is and what his talents are. I have hired him because of his ad so I guess that tells you are.
