Likely I wuld pass, unless the pix are super hot and there aren't a lot of other options. In that case, I would ASK very specific questions.

Thats not an easy question to answer. Hiring is a total crapshoot. In general, if someone can't take the time to complete their ad, I would pass unless someone you TRUST has recommended them or they are so hot that you will lose sleep if you don't pursue it. I think that if you take the time to contact them, how they respond to your inquiry as well as what they have to say will tell you all you need to know to make an informed decision. If they treat you like crap or ignore you in email, they are likely to do that in person as well.

My Advice..Ask all questions before hand and hope for the best IF it's a "Working Guy" you have not hungout with before!
