This is a question to fellow New Yorkers. I've heard people say there is a stretch of Roosevelt Ave in Jackson Heights that is a gay pick-up zone, and there are lots of hunky young men selling themselves. Anyone know about this?

Well I KNOW there used to be. It was called "vaseline alley", a notorious cruising stretch. Thought it was long gone. FYI - I got mugged, beat up, and landed in the hospital many years ago THERE... Its also a VERY drug infested area, and always random shootings. Not recommended.
