Orlando or Ft. Lauderdale?

Hey guys - me again!

 

Everyone has been super helpful on my upcoming Orlando trip, so please excuse my further inquiry, but...

 

Looks as though there will be a Ft. Lauderdale addition to my South Florida wandering. Looks like the area is full of options, but I am a "VIRGIN" to the area.

 

Can you please let me know what choices I may want to make? Again, prefer kind of preppy types, but can be convinced otherwise. (Also, if anyone wants to throw in an idea for places to stay, to play.... also appreciated!)

I would give Brandan Steele two thumbs up. Very professional and a great companion for dinner or for any occasion. He would be a great weekend hire as you could put him in any setting and he would be right at home. And Brandan does fit that "preppy" look that you want.

 

I always stay at the Royal Palms resort in FTL. on Breakers st. It is an all gay resort which is spotless. The rooms are large, immaculate, and well decorated, and the staff is impeccable. The manager Phillip will bend over backwards to accommodate you. They have an on site spa for massages and facials, a gym, bar and small restaurant and well as a new Bistro they just opened on the corner, and two pools, with one being clothing optional.

 

To Play there is Johnny's ( mostly twinks) but very fun. 'The Boardwalk' which is a stripper bar (more muscle boys) but very hit and miss depending on the night. 'Dudes' which just opened, I have not had good experiences there yet, but other members say a lot of positive things about it. The best is 'Swinging Richards' in Miami, but a pricey cab ride unless you share with someone. The last time at the Royal Palm, several guests and I shared a limo, and it turned out being rather cheap to do.

I recently visited both Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale.

 

In Orlando I stayed at the Peabody ( http://www.peabodyorlando.com/ )and had a blast watching the ducks walk the red carpet.

 

In Ft. Lauderdale (technically Hollywood Fl)I stayed at the Westin Diplomat (http://www.starwoodhotels.com/westin/property/overview/index.html?propertyID=1402 )

 

I was happy with both hotels and got a pretty good deal from various travel websites.

 

I also saw Brandan Steele and he seems to be a good fit for a preppy type if you want a nice, friendly, well-equipped top guy that is good at what he does.

They don't mind if you have visitors join you in your room, or even at the pool. If so inclined there is also a great bath house in FTL. Wide range of types hang out there, but tend to be of the younger, horny variety. Have a great time and enjoy yourself.

Just a follow-up on Brandan Steele. While he was just about perfect in every way, he did smell of cigarette smoke when I met him (fairly recently), until he took his clothing off! After stripping he smelled just fine, but if even a hint of cigarette smoke will upset you, I would look somewhere else. I really liked this guy, I found the sex to be incredible (5 out of 5 stars), but I couldn't do anything long-term with this escort (like an overnight or a weekend)because of the smoking. He is a smoker and he is upfront and honest about it.

With regard to Brandon Knight, I had drinks and dinner with him two or three years ago on The Island. He presents very nicely in his physical appearance and personal manner and his conversation was good; he did not have the scent of cigarette smoke. As I had two or three other guests at table, he did ask, politely, if he could be excused for a "smoker" by the pool just outside the restaurant at a "diplomatic" point when the remnants of the desert course were being removed to make way for coffee service.
