Actually, yes. I've also given freebies because 1) I instigated it, or 2) I had seen them quite a few times, as a "thank you," or 3) I turned a massage appointment into something more, so I only charged them for the massage part.

Joseph, when did you become such an entrepreneur? I think this last idea of returning all calls is fantastic. The last Realtor that I hired, when I called her I did not want to leave a message. I was in a bad mood and since she wasn't there, I did not want to bother with a message, but she called me back anyway, and when we finally connected, she was able to solicit my business. You never know who you can connect with!!! I see the rest of this year and next year as being very profitable for you.

I don't believe in answering the phone while in a session. I normally turn it to silent. like last saturday I had a 10 am for ninety minutes. when he left i checked the phone. 3 missed calls but they didn't leave a message. I called them back anyway. of those 3 1 went to voice mail and the other 2 answered and booked..
