I've hired without a face pic 3 times and all three times have been disappointed. I prefer to see a face pic. However, I will hire without a face pic and have done so more than once.

 

A person's facial looks are less important to me than other traits -- his masculinity, his sexual energy, what he likes to do, etc. I can tell much more from a 10-minute conversation than a face pic about whether I want to hire someone. I want to get the sense I'm hiring an aggressive guy in bed and a nice guy out of bed, that kind of thing.

 

Also, if this guy is escorting for a living, there's an excellent chance he's more handsome than me no matter what his looks are.
