It seems as though the often presented theory ... discussions in this forum rarely correlate (positively or negatively) to escort business trends ... is taking a hit by more than one escort here. Joey, should you choose to accept some feedback here, your business (if you wish to continue) might take a more positive turn financially. Having lived in the Denver area for 2 years, I can tell you, without question, that there is a real need for 21-25 year old escorts.

Fair enough—the answer is no. I don't need to travel, because I'm friendly and work hard to build a local clientele. This has worked for me in metropolitan areas large and small. I've always posted professional-looking pictures and written copy that made me sound both intelligent and accessible. I've always answered correspondence as quickly as possible. Most importantly—I've always remained natural.

 

My prior comments about one's home city stagnating are based on Joey's (somewhat confusing) comment that after a few months, he's not getting the traffic he was, and why compromise privacy for a client or two. I'm not exactly sure why privacy has suddenly become an issue for Joey, especially when he has face pics up and ads posted on numerous sites (including one in German), but there you go. If the city traffic is stagnating, it's due to one of the following: 1) Joey's business practices, 2) Joey's marketing, 3) Joey. I guarantee you I could go to Denver tomorrow, set up shop—and make a lot of money. And it would be for longer than a couple of months.

When I first came to Denver I did well too and it lasted for more than a couple of months. Matter of fact, I stayed for 2 months, then went home to Florida...and came back and the clients from my 2 months here along with some I see on my first visit came around and booked again. Obviously all was well that within a month I had a place. I'm talking 2 years down the line my friend. I doubt it's anything to do with me or the way I handle my business, which is actually done very well thank you very much. It's natural that after awhile, some 'relationships' are just going to run their course and they will have their fill. I'm not mad about it, but it's part of the reason why after being in a certain market after awhile, things won't be as good as your 1st tour where you stayed for only 5 days.

I REALLY hope you're not trying to say I am not doing those things either. And I enjoy traveling not just for escorting. If I can go on vacation and see the country while I'm working...I'm very pleased to do that. You're missing a lot by not traveling. The thing is this—I'm not insinuating that Joey is treating his clients poorly (this is a possibility, not a fact), but I am insinuating that Joey should reexamine his business practices. I don't buy that a metro area as big as Denver (or the city proper if you want to play semantics or what have you) is a losing proposition for an escort. I've escorted in a number of cities large and small. In some cases I've abandoned an existing and successful persona and started from scratch—and been even more successful. I could go to Denver and be successful—I've been around the block more than once and I know what I'm talking about. And while I admit that I don't have all the answers and don't know the intimates of Joey's particular situation, I can hazard a guess that a change would do him good. But from Joey's prior posts, it is rather obvious that he is resistant to change—which is one of the worst decisions any businessperson can make. Often we're blindest to our own mistakes—perhaps Joey will have an epiphany one day that helps him realize what it is that is contributing to his unhappiness, and his own role in perpetuating it—and make suitable changes.
