I was excited and texted Chrys to see if he was visiting California and then notified him of the fake.

IMO if client shows up see's that the individual isn't the person in the photo and proceeds with the appointment then they have no reason too complain on that issue

No, I don't have a low opinion of them—but I do shake my head at some in disbelief when they go into a situation knowing that the chances are high that someone is going to be disappointed.
