You may not have to. I was there on a quiet night several years ago and met up with one of the guys in one of Higgins movies. He quoted me a price which was more than I had with me. He accompanied me to a nearby ATM and we returned to Drakes where downstairs there was a sizable room with full size bed (and sheets if memory serves) and a shower facility in the corner. I think there was more than one room there. It was better than many bathhouses. In view of the late hour and dearth of cabs, we hopped in his car and he dropped me off at my hotel on his way home. As the Jersey Boys sing "Oh What a Night . . .!"

I would avoid Escape. It is a bit shady these days, and the main goal seems to be liberating as much of your $$$'s from you as possible.

 

If you have any time in the CR to get out of Prague, I highly recommend getting to Český Krumlov. It is not a wonderful place for boys, but it is a great place for history and has a wonderful castle, and one of the two authentic, and restored Baroque theaters left in Europe. It is about a two hour drive from Prague.
