Asking For a Recommendation

Erie, I've frequently asked trusted escorts for their recommendations and have greatly benefitted from their suggestions and met some great guys as a result. Sometimes I go with the guys they suggest (if I'm into their physical appearance and they are well-reviewed) and sometimes not, but I've never felt any of the escorts were put off by my asking for their recommendations on working boys in other cities.

I've hired some pretty top-notch escorts and really value the time that I spent with them. I just wondered if they had friends in the business in other cities and if it would be in bad taste to ask them to recommend someone in that city. For example, if I"m going to San Francisco, to ask an escort in NYC who knows my interests for a recommendation.

 

I wouldn't be offended, just baffled. I don't know why some clients think that we as escorts have this tight-knit underground network going on and we're just all bosom buddies. I'd probably say I have never been to SF or NYC and just refer you to this site or the site you found me on. I can't be responsible or even put my name on someone who you may or may not have a good time with.

 

I tell other escorts the same thing. Work together? Refer a client to you? What do I look like, a referral service? There's very few if any hoes (not escorts, but hoes) out there I can actually trust and actually met only 1 in person who I really could. So one would just end up referring them to a client, then they'd probably half-ass appreciate it and certainly wouldn't do the favor in return. So I just don't fucks with too many of them. You do you, I'll do me...the days of me wanting friends working in this business are long gone. It's 2012. I'm a little bit older now. I don't think it hurts to ask. On more than one occasion, an escort has offered a recommendation in another city. I once casually mentioned to a guy that I liked a particular body type and he provided a recommendation for a guy in the same city who matched that description. Referrals are a great source of business in other industries, so I don't see why escorting should be any different.

 

On a side note, if you ask a guy for a recommendation and he becomes indignant or angry, he is sending you a strong signal about his character and personality.
