Best time to visit Denver?

I was thinking about planning a week long trip to Denver sometime this year. From any previous experiences, can anyone tell me the best/worst times to visit? Thanks for any help you might offer.

Ah Denver! For me as a client, it was a business trip in July 2000, my first ever hire. What a guy! What a night! I haven't been to Denver since then, but I will always have fond memories of where my favorite hobby had its birth.

I definitely like summer or early fall in Denver... unless you like to ski... and then go to the mountains in the winter. I have been to Denver many times at all times of the year, but I definitely like summer and early fall better.... shorts an T shirts... swimming abounds at several clubs... check out some of the web sites about things to do and places to go in Denver... it's also worth it to rent a car and go to the mountains for a couple of days, and you might find a companion or a local guy to go with you. Enjoy, and let us know how your week turns out.
