No first hand experience but he does look younger than 21 in most of his pics but that doesn't mean he isn't legal. As far as his rate stated in Rentboy, it seems to be quite high but in his ad there is a link to another ad on hourboy and his rate seems to be for up to 4 hours (specifically it says "Up to 4 hours= 400"). So someone who is interested would need to clarify this as it seems confusing what it might actually be. Note also he has on his hourboy ad quite a few cities listed where he runs his ads so it seems like this guy wants to travel the world using clients to help him (maybe not a fair assessment but that is what comes across to me).
