I am at a loss as to what upset Max in this post and I considered not answering figuring the OP was not going to be reading the responses anyway. Decided to forge ahead.

 

Viagra and Levitra tend to be quicker acting and of shorter duration as compared to Cialis. Chewing rather than swallowing them will decrease the time needed to get a reaction. Taking these on an empty stomach or at least avoiding greasy high protein meals will allow for fuller absorption and allow for more rapid onset. Levitra and Viagra both cause nasal congestion. Few realize there is erectile tissue in the nose, the only other body part to have this tissue, and as a result, there are nasal congestive changes that happen with these medications for many men. Other side effects of these two similar drugs include back pain, hypotension, nausea and cold sweats. All relatively mild and of short duration. Headache is a side effect of all three medications. Viagra may cause blue tinted vision and even transient vision loss. Either of these side effects are enough reason not to repeat use of the drug.

Cialis usually takes a bit longer from onset to effect than Levitra and Viagra. Heartburn is a very common and the long life of the drug in the system, 16-36 hours, also may lead to prolonged side effects. So there is a price to pay for the more prolonged effect of Cialis, 24 hours of heartburn. Usual medications for heartburn do seem to limit or eliminate this side effect but if you have heartburn issues or GERD Cialis may not be the best choice for you.

While not medically accepted by the FDA, using Cialis in low dose with a low dose of Viagra or Levitra may give a nice even and prolonged period of easy to obtain erections.

I have tried all 3 and found that Cialis works best for me. Usually I get about 36-48 hours out of each dose so if you are doing a long hire or have multiple clients in a day it could be of benefit. But check with your doctor first. Don't just get it off the internet from some sleazy, unreliable on-line pharmacy. And of course Cialis is available in a daily dose version as wel (the daily is 5 mg versus the one time of 20 mg). I've not really been crazy about cock rings. I think people use them when it's not always necessary. Plus...a cock ring is only going to help you stay hard once you are hard but it won't make you hard if you haven't already gotten there.

 

With Cialis, when they say 36-72 hours...it means you may get a hard on at the most inopportune time, and it may not be easy to go away. Like for example, sometimes riding the bike a certain way can me hard no matter what, which is why I try to avoid it. I can generally make it go down, but if you were to had taken a cialis the day before, you'd have to excuse yourself to the locker room with a hard on. That's the only drawback of it. And unless you REALLY have erectile dysfunction you never want to take the whole thing. Even half is too much.

 

I think those pills should be a part of every escort's carrying case. It's not about whether the client is attractive or not. Caverject is indeed a medicine that is injected directly into the penis. The needle is small but it is a needle.

Muse, however, is inserted in the urethra and absorbed from there.
