Wind Map of the United States

OK, so this isn't exactly comedy and tragedy, and it's possibly not even art, but the pictures are pretty.

 

These are animated wind maps of the United States.

It looks like most of the wind in the central US is headed to Minnesota, and in the east it's going to North Carolina.

An amazing picture. It's as if a balloon released anywhere west of the Mississippi would end up in Montana.

The pictures remind me that the dogs need grooming. Are they art? Sure. Mother Nature wins again.
