What's Okay To Ask?

Hey guys, Another newbie question here.

 

I've been reading threads saying that you shouldn't ask this or you shouldn't ask that. But my question is this. When calling a masseur/ massage therapist, and they advertise as "therapeutic, sensual or erotic", how do you politely ask them what they consider the difference is without it sounding like you're a cop trying to bust them for something and yet get the information that you're looking for?

 

Is there a good way of doing it?

I've been hiring masseurs for about 9 years now and I've never once had one of them outright refuse to describe their services. When I email or call, I usually ask them to define sensual or erotic. You'll find there are as many different definitions for either term as their are masseurs. Now the licensed and certified ones can get into real trouble if they seem to be offering nude or erotic services in a certified capacity so they might be evasive but you'll have to decide if you want to chance not getting what you want if you go with it. Most have developed ways to let you know they are nude without outright saying so. Generally asking a masseur how hung they are or other direct sexual questions in email or by phone will be met with a wall.

 

Now, what I do if I think I want more than a massage from a certain masseur is bring extra money and discuss other options with them in person either before the massage or as the massage starts to wind down. I think it would be crass to ask them for a menu beforehand. If the main focus is sex just hire an escort. If you want a massage "plus" then discreetly ask about the "plus" at the appointment. It's as easy as asking "Do you offer any other services?" I've never had a negative reaction to this question. They either say yes or no. I don't beg or bargain. They either say yes and state the new price or say no and we proceed with the rest of the massage.

 

Your mile may vary of course and I'm sure other forum posters have their own methods but this has worked for me so far! Hope this helps and happy massage hunting!

I honestly feel if you are looking for an erotic, sexualy experience, go the Escort route. That way there is no guess work or awkwardness. everyones on the same page, And if it fancies you to have a rubdown, I am sure the escort will accommodate you. From what I hear from responses on this site, several masseurs, although offering a sexual Finale, are NOT good or experienced on the massage part anyway. So if the focus is truly sexual, go with the escort, youll probbaly get an acceptable rubdown.

Perhaps then you DONT ask, but simply TELL him what YOU are looking for. For example, during the conversation you can say that you are looking for a massage done in the nude, with a happy ending. If he's NOT into that, at that point he should tell you. I think its much easier to put the responsibility of information on HIM ....

I personally will not verbally or by email promise a release in the eyes of the law a release is prostitution.

So you mean the scenes in all those "Rub Him" massage videos is NOT really how it is ? Damn, and here I was almost on the verge of booking my first "massage" based on those erotic scenes where the client is on the table and the masseur is fucking his face liike a bunny rabbitt. LOLOLOL

EB....the main thing, just to confirm, is don't ever associate $$ with the various services.....you probably already know to say "for your time only" when asking about the rate.....keep $$ talk well away from "act" talk....the masseur may be very concerned about the cop thing, so don't mention $$ at the meet at all and settle on the price well before getting there.....you can say ahead of time, "are you comfortable doing the massage in the nude?" or "I hope you can do it naked"......

One thing allot of the unlicensed masseurs aren't aware of is they can be arrested just for giving a therapeutic massage only. It's a class e felony in allot of states to massage without a license.

it was toward the end maybe 15 minutes. and it wasn't mentioned on the phone. guy walks in and says okay i know you get 125.00 for ninety minutes. which is fine but if you do this at the end the 200.00 is yours. if not i'll still pay the original 125.00 i said nothing never agreed to anything. i just did and gathered up the 200 at the end.. i never speak of services or money once here. I've had clients ask if they could decide which massage they wanted once here? I tell them yes but i won't remind them of the cost..

While I totally understand where you are coming from. For me however, I just never once considered being so careful. I guess I should, but I have never gone to a masseur that was not 'highly' recommended. All of the guys that I have gone to in the past where extra curricular activities occurred, I knew going into the situation what was most likely going to happen. I had been given the heads up. All those guys are well known masseurs and escorts on the side or porn stars. Whether or not they might be a sting operation was just never an issue. Now I might get burned someday, but oh well.

 

When I was working I went to visit a friend in Manhattan Beach. He lived right on the 'Boardwalk', so he was constantly cruising and hitting on the little blond surfer boys. Very hot!!! I asked him once, "aren't you afraid of getting busted" his reply was basically, so what if I do. He said I am retired and I do not have to report to a job or answer to anyone, so all that it will cost me is atty fees. There will be no jail time except maybe an over nite, then I would bail myself out. What is the big deal. I was working at the time and had not seen it from that perspective.

As far as stings are concerned cops poss as clients not masseurs. So normally it's the masseur that needs to watch their back. There are cases of female officers posing as escorts to bust clients. and male officers posing as clients to bust masseurs and escorts. but I've never heard of any cases where a male officer posed as a masseur or an escort

So more often than not, as a client I have nothing to worry about? Makes sense actually. I do feel better, since I had not been very careful in the past and was getting a little concerned. Getting busted would seriously cut into my free time..LOL

I've actually decided to take sensual and erotic massage off my menu at the end of june. I've wanted too for sometime and since summer months are my slowest I've picked that time. worst case id have to go to work at massage envy or something to make up the difference
