He has been discussed here before. Has also used the name Jonathan. I have not seen him but have heard he looks like the pics but they aren't his.

I have never met Justin but have talked with him on the phone. He is quite intelligent; I also found him honest in responding to my questions. (I asked him whether he was into making out/french kissing. He said he was OK with kissing. I asked, but you are not really "into" it so much? And he said, "not so much." I did not meet with him because of the kissing preference, but I was impressed by his honesty, after some probing, and by his sexy voice and intelligent manner of speaking.)

 

Also, someone said that "Justin" is the former "Jonathan" who worked for Premier in Philly for a number of years, and to great acclaim. I had spoken with Jonathan years ago, and from what I can recall about Jonathan that is quite possible.
