Seeking Recommendation in DC for Femme Twink / Drag Boi

I realize that's a pretty specific request, but I'm new to this (and new to the forum) and haven't been able to find what I'm looking for yet.

 

Ideally looking for a younger white or latino boi who enjoys doing drag for a date.

 

Not looking for a TS, but rather a young male hottie who enjoys getting glammed up for his Daddy

 

I suspect I'll continue to come up empty-handed, but wanted to see where the wisdom on the crowd might point me.
