This documentary about choreographer Pina Bausch by film maker Wim Wenders was completed after her death. This is not Swan Lake. Her work is both fascinating and challenging. Her dancers and dances are not pretty. I found some of it difficult to watch but very thought provoking. I saw it with two friends, one who loved it and one who hated it. We had a lot to discuss over dinner. I'm not a big fan of 3D but it was interesting to see it used in a serious film.
