How far to travel?

I've been thinking about this:

I live in what we affectionately call "The Provinces" compared to Boston - about 40 miles west of town. It is relatively easy to get to town, takes and hour, and about an hour to park the car :p.

One fellow said that I'd have to make a minimum of a two hour appointment. (It went for five, and we've only done overnights since).

How far do we take travel? You an additional bill? Add an additional hour?

My other options are (1) book a hotel, at about $300; (2) Use a "guest house" and to hell with the look I get when my "gentleman caller" arrives.

As an aside: The cheapest room I ever had was $6 / night, behind UCSF medical center. Of course, that was 1974 ...

If you meant a two hour appointment for him to go to you, that obviously is the cheapest and probably best deal and that is especially true if his 2 hour rate is NOT two times the 1 hour rate, which ordinarily it isn't. What is two+ hours of your time + 80 miles on your car worth? Also, if you are having a good time and extend the session, you are at 2 hours anyway. :)

Best regards,

KMEM

I think a 2-hour appointment request is reasonable. As far as the additional cost—if I were the escort I might put another $20-40 on top of my rate, but that would be it. I always feel somewhat guilty asking clients to book a room just to meet with me—that they have no plans to stay in.
