But when I Googled the phone number in his ad, two different sites claim this number is a landline in Fort Walton Beach. How could he bring his landline with him on his travels?

 

He did not respond to my email from a couple of days ago.

 

I texted him yesterday and he quickly responded that he would be in Atlanta on the 19th - tomorrow.

I don't recognize the pictures, but I think you've done the prudent things in checking out the sites and searching the phone number. When I googled the phone number, one of the sites reports it as a Verizon cell phone. So maybe he's transitioned a landline to a cell phone and not all the sites are up-to-date.
