There are a great many rentguys who are HIV+. I would be more concerned that what Tyson has said about himself just hasn't added up. He's claimed a whole lot of things (always with awards) that don't fit. He's claimed marriage and then never spoke of it again. He has claimed to have owned fitness centers (of differing number at a round the same time) and edited magazines that don't seem to exist. I'm guessing that he's basically a grifter.

I emailed him and he sent me back current pics. yes he has aged a bit, but is still incredibly handsome. I didnt know about hiv thing. Where did you hear that at? I always use protection with escorts anyway, I always assume anyone who is with a lot of men is positive anyway (not that they are, i just assume for my own protection).

Sam is not a grifter at all...yes the guy is a tad older but still very attractive. He was editor of a gay glossy type rag/mag years ago but it folded and the guy does have 2 small private gym facilities in LA (one downtown and one Hollywood I believe)..think he just broke up with a hubby (so I heard)...I know the dude, not well, but he is a very nice guy..

It's been a long time ago since I saw the information. It may have been in an interview article. But I'm sure many old time posters are aware of this.

I've seen this (his HIV status) in the past, but couldn't find a link to the primary source--only second hand mentions. The thing that impresses me is that his story changes and the magazine he claims to have started (in the recent past) doesn't exist. His old one, HERO, did exist (copies are for sale on eBay) but he made it sound like a bigger deal then it was.
