That's the current version of a well know scam ad. The guy has previously advertised using the names Sam, Drake, Jessi....among many others. The pictures change....sometimes the phone number changes....but he always uses the same physical stats and pricing structure.

 

Also, if you Google the telephone number, you'll find another ad on masseurfinder.com in which "Zack" uses a pictures of a completely different person.
