Three things off the top of my head that I didn't use when I first started escorting.

1) Smartphone - I actually used to drive home to check email every so often, or go to the library.

2) Shower cleansing device - speaks for itself

3) An escorting "pal" - having someone else's insight and experiences helped me tremendously, in virtually every aspect.

Anyone else?

As a client, I'd have to go with smartphone, for the same reasons it's changed pretty much every part of my life. Even something as simple as a request to "call me when you're in the lobby and I'll come down" is a no brainer - remember pay phones? Or, just a quick text to say "I'm running 10 minutes late, OK". Couldn't survive without it, and yet the world did for centuries!

Simple answer is ANY fruit. The water content, and fruit sugar will help with volume. Beyond that a diverse selection is very good as there are so many other phytonutrients that are helpful. When I want to have a really big load I will increase my fruit content for a couple days prior. A typical day would be a melon like honeydew or cantaloupe, maybe half a watermelon, 4 - 6 apples, a few pears, handful of cranberries, as much as a pound of strawberries/blueberries etc. Perhaps half or a whole pineapple and a few bananas and avocado or two, maybe a grapefruit or orange in a few different servings. I know that sounds like a lot but one works up to it and cuts out things like bread and other relatively vacuous grains. I'm super active so can eat all that plus the fiber is great for me, and I almost never get headaches or allergies anymore. Also nuts are great for things like selenium and vitamin E. Replacing potatoes/grains with squash is good. Cruciferous vegetables can be great if you balance them with greens to handle the sulpherous smells/taste they can produce. Oregano, basil, parsley, I eat heaps of them. Quality protein like Salmon, sunshine or herring, sardines etc for vitamin D etc. You'll hardly ever get sick.

That is a LOT of liquid. When you say 1/2 a watermelon, do you mean what is sometimes called a "personal" size watermelon? If you mean one the size we might take to a picnic I don't think you would get out of the bathroom for "hours". :) Ditto what we call a country cantaloupe. It is the size of the so called personal watermelon but has much more flesh than a regular cantaloupe, a real meal by itself.

However, for whatever reason, I like fruit and veggies every day and especially in the summer when they are all very fresh.

Best regards,

A picnic size watermelon won't last me more than a day or two. Personal sized ones are a snack. It may seem like a lot of liquid but not compared with the barrel sized cups of soft drinks I see people consume. I admit that I'm not familiar with the term country cantaloupe but I'll hapily consume just about any sized cantaloupe or honeydew melon.

The trick to eating a lot of fruit is to eat it BEFORE eating other things. The liquid, fiber, and carbohydrates can be easily and quickly digested. An active person can actually almost continuously eat fruit. But not so if the fruit is waiting for your stomach to process the protein and fats in other parts of a meal.
