Indescreet Messages From Escorts

This morning I woke up to a text from a guy I had seen a few times, but who had left the escorting scene a few years ago.

Anyway, the text simply said that he was back in the city and included an updated photo. Originally all I could concentrate on was how hot the photo was, but I soon became concerned that my boyfriend would see it. The message had been sent as an MMS, not a SMS which meant that the pic was displayed as soon as you opened the message (i.e. you didn't have to open an attachment).

The other thing that I found even more concerning was the fact that this guy had sent the message to a "group", and that I could see the other 5 client's telephone numbers! So I assume they could all see mine..... (no, I did not recognize any of the numbers).

Lastly, if anyone reading this received a similar message this morning (Sun. 11/27), I'd love to hear from you about this. I know that's a real needle in the haystack. You can always PM me.

Magnus I understand your concerns, but just my 2 cents, when I give out e-mail info to anyone I think for a moment, "Do I really want this person to have this e-mail address" and also have 2 computers, and several e-mails. The lap top I use for business and the PC I use for my fun stuff like this site. Absolutely no one is allowed on my PC, period. My policy is don't even ask, it is out of bounds. That way all e-mails from members, escorts or masseurs, can only be viewed by me. LOL now this works of course so well because I do not have a Boyfriend!! So that is very different than your situation. Lastly as to your comment about the e-mail being sent to a group, that happens all the time. I frequently get e-mails that were sent in bulk. I don't really have anybody that I have to hide my messages from. Now and then I rarely get bulk emails but not all that often. Also hardly anybody calls me on my cell phone (except if I'm expecting an escort) and so I would probably welcome it if my number was included in some group messages so people would call me a bit more

 

in essence, i dont share anything with anybody that i dont want them to know. my cell is rarely used for much of anything. my personal email that i give is separate from others.

This summer I had left a voice mail message for an escort with my return phone number. Imagine my surprise when a text message arrived 30 minutes later indicating he was in the waiting room at the dentist and would call me when he could talk without being overheard. The text included a nude photo. I was at lunch with a co-worker who was sitting next to me and I had a momentary panic attack. Fortunately he didn't see it (or was too polite to mention it.)

 

It taught me the lesson to make sure that I always use my personal cell rather than one of my work numbers.

Ha! Yeah apparently some of the more successful guys do that bulk mail and text crap. I've NEVER done that ever. But guess I'm just not good at marketing because that kind of tacky shit seems to work.

 

The funny thing is that I've gotten those from colleagues and even gotten the clients reply to the escort when they client perhaps inadvertently hit 'reply to all'. Once when I received one of those from a colleagues client I sent a (I thought) funny but good natured and discreet reply alerting him to the mistake. I would have thought he'd have the politeness to reply with something like "Oooops sorry and thanks for the headsup". But I know people got no time for individual one on one courtesies because they are too busy watching television right?

Did you tell him (after the fact) how indiscreet that was? It could prevent him from doing the same to others in the future.
