Some people happen to be optimisitc when it comes to other peoples morals and nature. I am NOT one of those people, and I always err on the side of Caution and dont expect ANYONE to tell the truth. I wont question their motives for being dishonest, and I assume the responsibility of taking care of MYSELF. These people really dont give a fuck about you, and why should they ? You are nothing more than an anonymous roll in the hay. In their mind, they owe you nothing....

xafnndapp, I of course do not assume that he is telling the truth when he says he is negative. BUT, I do assume that he is positive if he say he is, or if he says "sometimes safe", "barebacks", "no limits" etc. As I previously said, I always practice "safer" sex. Look at it this way. There is a certain risk if you hire and use safer sex, because some percentage of the guys will be positive and accidents do happen. But you increase that risk if you are with guys whom you know or believe to be positive. If you increase the percentage of hires who are positive, you increase the risk.
