Would any escorts like constructive review of their ads?

It occurs to me that some escorts here might like impartial reviews and suggestions for their ads from the clients here. Responses could be private if you prefer.

Hmmmm ... I asked an old ex-escort friend of mine to look at my latest "interest"'s online profile, photos, etc. His remarks were quite constructive.

The current fellow asked for it, and said he was appreciative of the feedback, and has done nothing to implement any of them.

 

It makes me wonder if this would be all for naught.

I don't expect that all suggestions will be adopted, but perhaps we can give some insights as to how potential clients view the ad and the escort can accept or reject them.

guys are really touchy about their ads. If it is someone you might want to see I suggest you not say anything about his ad. Young escorts do ask my opinion of thier ads all the time. They listen, they agree with me and a month later the ad is unchanged. Once in a while a guy will listen but we escorts are a STUBBORN bunch who insist on repeating all the tired old mistakes. My pet peeve is ads that have THE SAME PICS from 10 or even 5 years ago. My oldest pic is from 08 (the shower and towel pic) but most are less than a year old and 3 in every ad are within a month or two. When I show up at a clients' place I want to be the hot guy in the pics and I want the client to say, "Damn, your pics don't do you justice!" That's because it's hard to really give a blanket opinion about an ad and expect everyone to like it.

 

I had a friend of mine suggest me to shave my chest and pubes. I had to rebuff and actually say that in fact clients tend to be more disappointed when I do.

 

The only advice really is to say what you are into, rather than what you aren't into. But then again, I see some ads that could use a little push. I wish I could talk more explicit in my ads but men4rent doesn't allow

Speaking of keeping new pics in our ads, do most of you guys hire a professional photographer or just have a friend take them?

 

I've done both- but I'm kind of looking to do another professional set. Does anyone have someone they can recommend?

I didnt take it as him wanting to give advice, but merely giving the escort an opinion on his AD from the client perspective. Who better to critique an AD but the people who read them, and ultimately hire from them ? Makes sense to me...

i don't disagree. what i question is what KIND of client is he. if he's an hourly guy than a long term escort isn't going to need or want his advice. if he's long term, than he might not do much for an hourly guy. this isn't a one size fits all situation.

Advertising companies do it all the time. They gather a group of people to see how the ads affect their audience and make changes accordingly. Or toss the ads altogether.
