We have all read the many post, reviews and horror stories of escorts who were Fakes, scammers, Frauds, disappointments, etc.

Many of the members here seem to have extensive experience with, and knowledge of escorts abroad.

So, I was wondering, when it comes to the advertising, have you found the European escorts to be more honest and forthright, and have the disappointments been less, OR is it pretty even across the board when it comes to promoting themselves "honestly" or DIS-honestly" ????

Unfortunately, "escorting" is an industry in which "truth in advertising" is the exception rather than the rule be it here or abroad. In my experience with escorts, which spans thirty years, more or less, I found that the European "boys" were given to more colorful "puffing" in their advertising than their American counterparts; however, they excelled in attentiveness and, more often than not, sexual intimacy, Steven Draker being a case in point. You would be well advised to exercise a "buyer beware" attitude, and, of course, do not give until you have received that for which you bagained. Too, the "Wimpy Ploy": for the price of a hamburger today, I will gladly pay you on Tuesday, is freely practiced by rentboys who ply their trade in the bar scene.

Having worked in both markets, I would say that, in general, North American escort advertising is more reliable. I think a major reason for this is that the review system brings some accountability into play. The review system is primarily a North American phenomenon which hasn't really taken off in Europe to the same extent.

With the exception of the UK ads, quite a few Euro ads tend to have old and/or fake pics, vague information, and/or a lot of limitations. Hiring in Europe can be a very frustrating experience.

Then again unless things have changed there are quite a few Disappointing "Brazilians' Working London the past few years...It usually turns out with the "I don't do that" Scenario!

No, things have not changed. There still remains quite a few disappointing "Brazilians." I stand corrected. :-)
