Actually I saw that earlier today also. #3 looks much leaner and not as 'buff', but then again the hairline on the guy laying in the lounge chair is the same as #3 pic...so it is possible they are one in the same. I don't see why it would be necessary to use a pic from someone else when he is so hot himself..Dunno, but it wouldn't worry me.

Jay, that definitely sucks. I understand how you feel because I've unwittingly hired a flake or two myself here in DC...and in NYC especially. They promise the moon but don't deliver jack-squat.
