I don't think you can tell by looking at their face. All my friends who are HIV positive are buffed and built healthy looking because of the steroids they go on with HIV. Some of my friends who are HIV negative are tall and slender because that's their body type. The only indicator that I have seen is a "sunken in/muscle free" butt from the medication AZT. Of course in the end you have to be comfortable with your choice but I wouldn't discount this guy because of his face.

When there are signs of facial wasting, its a pretty good indicator. I am in no way disparaging HIV+ guys. They may be great guys, and if you practice safe sex, its no issue. If you know your neighbor well enough you might want to ask him if he is on Sustiva, which is a HIV drug, or Ambian, which is a sleep drug. Both have been known to have hallucinations as a side effect.

A woman in my building has the same kind of hallucinations. She even installed security cameras which of course showed noone breaking in but she still swears people are sneaking in and stealing things. She is on medication for liver problems. Very sad.

they have put in a new door for him last week he damaged the old one. he installed his own locks. he pulled the rubber out from around the door and picked at the old door so much it had to be replaced. I'm with you Articok on this one...I got banned for speculation on someones Hiv status..Thought that was taboo around here.
