I don't know if there is a gay escort's union. I've heard informally of a straight female escort's organization, but I think that is more of an activist organization pressing for their legal rights, and also protection against abuse by clients. (In other words, I don't know anything).

As a client I would hope that our guys have some sort of organization to act on their behalf. Where I live there is an organization that has a primary purpose of forming an organization so that employees of small businesses are able to buy health insurance and other benefits at a group rate.

 

If that's not the case, it must be near impossible for our guys to afford any benefits.

A number of years ago there was an organization for women escorts, I believe it was called "COYOTE." It was an acronym for "Call Off Your Old Tired Ethics." I think they had a toehold in Nevada. The leader was on TV from time to time and it caused quite a stir in my town at the time. Don't know if they were inclusive of guys or not - probably at least in theory, yes.

 

Nothing is stopping these guys from joining their local chamber of commerce or better business bureau in order to get more attractive health insurance rates. Just an idea here. . .
