I've not considered one of those sites because I think they're a bit of a con but I am not opposed to a regular arrangement for a set monthly free, I even discussed it on my blog once.

I had a female escort friend who did just that, had an arrangement with a client, he paid her a set monthly fee and she would give him 5 separate days a month or 1 full week for the fee, he could also miss a month accrue those days to the following month if he fancied a holiday abroad.
