I don't know how one lick's it, because I'm uncertain as to what is. However, if you focus only on the second quoted sentence, it's clear that they weren't fucking while the licking was happening. The licking occurred as the cock was being stroked OVER him....not thrusting IN him.

I too was perplexed by this wording and also came to the same conclusion as you guys above. Still, I think the reviewer might have read over his review before posting it. It reads like a second language to me. I realize perhaps the reviewer penned it during a rosy afterglow (been there, thought about doing that but came to my senses). But now it's there for all time and all the world to read (that cares to). If I were ARX, I would go back and edit.
