GREAT PICTURE, Rich... I guess if I had to guess it would be the second guy from the left with his hand in the cleft.... but that look from the guy on the left back at whom ever is taking the picture suggests that he in fact may be in charge!!! Looks like a four way is about to begin.. LOL Thanks for sharing. It certainly stimulates the imagination.

Before I even scrolled down to see his hand position, I figured # 2 as the agressive top. I think a finger up another guys butt is a pretty good indicator that he's the one.

My call, the guy on the right is just about to aggressively bend over #3 slide right behind him leaving Mr. finger with his finger in the air and soon after with him on his knees in front of the man on the left. So I believe #4 is the horny top. Is there a follow up picture?
