Are you Surprised by the Number of Guys that Use Escorts ?

As is well documented in these pages, more and more guys tend to be using escorts for their pleasure. And these statistics are only the ones "vocal" about it. Wonder how many are still in the closet about escort use? That would probably jack the numbers up signifcantly.

Are you surprised by the number of Clients ? Also do you think the reason for hiring is more "physical" or "psychological" ?

I myself was surprised at how many guys hire for multiple-hours sessions or over-nights.

I probably would too if I had the disposable income. It surely saves time, and hopefully there arent many surprises (like thinking a guy has a big one and it turns out small). Hopefully the escort you choose is honest and has represented himself truthfully.

 

Since finding this site, I have become more enlightened about the hiring process, and am thankful for the info I can gather here. Just wasnt aware there were so many of US.....

I've often wondered how many gay men have ever used an escort--or for that matter how many straight men? The issue gets a little confused for straight guys because if they date a woman ( or in high school or college a girl) with a well- deserved reputation and get out of the evening only paying for dinner, flowers, and maybe a movie-- well it's not actually hiring an escort- but if they have no other real interest in the woman-- it ain't love either.

I don't think you can accurately get a handle on the percentages of guys, whether they be married or straight or gay or partnered who use escorts. I've seen guys from all walks of life, race, education and looks. I'm really not surprised by anything anymore. Men cheat, I actually would respect a married man who uses an escort rather than going on Adam4Adam and gets a bf/hook up behind his wife's back.

JJK, Apologies if I came across as harsh - I just haven't reached the same conclusion from the posts here, and you were presenting it as established fact, But my real point is that I don't think this forum provides realiable evidence one way or the other. As I said - the escorts probably know if they are seeing more new clients

My initial when I read the headline was "yes." But then I thought about the number of escorts advertising and realized that if there are that many ads, there must be a demand to support them all. So I'm not really surprised by the number of hiring guys posting on this site.

It is also going to be next to impossible to draw any broad conclusions from trying to analyze the posting on this site. Even asking escorts about their clients is going to be of questionable reliability. What makes us think that clients tell the escorts they hire the truth about their relationship status. About the only conclusion to which we can arrive is that we who hire escorts are probably a very, Very, VERY small minority and let it go at that.

Since a minority is less than 50%, I would say a minority! And, probably a very small minority.

 

Once again we tend to stray from the original post. It was NOT asking about minoriteis or majorities, it was a simple question merely asking if you were surprised by the # of guys using escorts (the question just being based on my observation of posts made here). Not sure why we continue to over analayze and over think every post, but I do appreciate the replies none-the-less.
