The Protocol on Tipping ?

I am in agreement that, being that an escort is an independent contractor, a "tip" is not a requisite gesture on the part of the client. Noentheless, the purpose of a "TIP" is "To Insure Performance", and, if you anticipate more than one encounter with a particular escort, I recommend, as a practical thing, the "gift" of a gratuity to promote "good will".

I would be interested to hear of the protocol in London. I have never tipped. Is it just a case of me being a miser ! .?

 

No, it's not the custom there. I worked in London for several years and was rarely tipped except by visiting Americans.

You will know when to tip. If you are saying "DEAR GOD WHAT JUST HAPPENED??!!!" give the man a tip! If at the end of the session you are ready to rehire the guy again the very next day or next week, then give the man a tip. Otherwise the base fee is good enough.
