Have you ever had a client who was tentative about liking guys and got as far as hiring you but once there was going to be contact couldn't deal or had a hard time mentally with giving in to his desires?

I was watching some "straight guy goes gay" porn and this guy had that reaction. Just wondering if it happens to escorts.

i can hug

I know you wanted an escort point of view..but I wanted to say that from a client view..I'm like that very much all the time still. I've gotten better over the past few years though..now I can actually HUG people...um..sometimes.

I had a guy show up to my place once looking very uncomfortable. We'd talked earlier and he'd said he had not been with a guy much before. After about 60 seconds he said he thought he might have parked his car illegally, and would I mind if he just went out and checked? I knew he was not coming back and I would not hear from him again. Any anger or annoyance I had with losing the appointment was tempered by feeling bad for the guy, since he looked like he was really struggling.

I think a lot of the "no show" clients may also be a variation of this not being able to give in to desires. I still remember before I had come out, the first time I was supposed to meet a guy who I had met through a personal ad. I saw him waiting at the appointed place, but I just could not get myself to go up to him, and went home instead. I think it was still a couple more months before I got the courage to meet a guy for real. So when I get stood up by someone who seems to be struggling (fortunately not very often) I just remember what it felt like myself.
