I know they've been around for awhile and are reputable. I'm just curious, is it an upsell agency? Their rates seem awfully low ($190 first hour). I'm used to paying $275-$350 an hour. Can't see the guys making all that much after the agency takes its cut. Just curious.

It's been maybe 2 years since I used them, but there was never any attempt to increase the price or charge for 'extras' (although there were some charges for travel outside the city, I believe). But it was all very open & honest.

 

I think their guys tend to more 'guy next door' or 'guy on the street' than the model-level guys you find at Maximum. (No disrespect intended).

The last time I used them which was about 5 years ago there was no up-selling. I was 75 % satisfied out of 2 meetings. The 1st guy I met was great-- he was 100%. The second was good-- but he normally topped-- and-- really you guys have to believe me-- in most tallywacker parameters I'm underendowed-- but I've got a bit of a mushroom head going on-- and some guys can't seem to relax enough to let me in. So the 2nd guy was good-- but I wasn't really able to top him. Since then I've mentioned numerous times that I think their quality has gone down. They hardly ever get the boy next store hunky athletic guys who are versatile anymore. If you like twinks or want to bottom-- however they might be the right agency for you.

I have not used in Premier for several years, but I never experienced any attempt to upsell when I did. Their rates have always been fairly low, to keep local clients from going to NYC to hire instead of staying at home. Philly is a less expensive town than NYC or DC, in many ways.

I have used them often. Their rate is bsed on the distance from Philadelphia, my rate being 210.
