Did this really happen, or is it somebody's imagination of what would happen if you get these guys in a room? It is none of my business to tell people what to do with their money. While I am not a Puritan, I find this public display of excessive spending in poor taste - assuming it really happened.

 

From time to time throughout the past two years, Okie has "penned" and posted some of his "playtime" experiences at this site. All of us who've lived vicariously from what he's posted have NOT objected; nor have we questioned his integrity. Why are you doing it now?

 

If Okie desires to spend his money in this manner and write about it for the enjoyment of others of like mind and desires, so be it!

 

I'm waiting for the day when I can engage the services of some of these men with whom I've met previously (1-1) and have my 3, 4, 5, or 6WAYS!!!!! It's my money; I'll donate and spend it in any damn way that pleases me!! After all we do live in a democracy!!

I am appreciative of all your comments, which I have read with great interest. No thanks, I am not interested in the DVD. There is no way of knowing whether this really happened or not, but, no offense to the reviewer, this has a 'too good to be true' vibe about it. But that's not really the point. You can all do a back of the envelope calculation of how much this must have cost. With a 9% unemployment rate, 20 million households under water on their mortgages and threatened by eviction, you can simply do other things with your money to make a difference. The reviewer decided to spend it on his own pleasures, and that's indeed his choice to make. However, bragging about it in a public forum, which this is, is just ... in very poor taste.

Well, just between us, that's because I had stage 3 cancer at 47..... and I am going to do whatever the fuck I want to..... because when I was diagnosed, I remember thinking that I had absolutely NO regrets about all the $$ I had spent on this..... because while I had bfs before.... doing this, I got to meet some of the most beautiful men in the world..... and then some.

In general if people look back at the vast majority of my posts-- they will see that I'm not usually controversial either. But Baron's comments were so out of line-- in my opinion. I mean this is a website dealing with clients' experiences with escorts. And Okie gave us one heck of one ( by the way-- I've always wondered why your nickname is 'Okie' and not 'Oklie', but I digress). The scene Okie described seemed very plausible to me. In fact I met Andrew Irons a few weeks after this occurred. Okie had already revealed a few of the tidbits here in the Forum. I had had some questions where the sequence of event s was a bit unclear to me. Andrew broke it down for me-- and what he said matched what Okie had written- with a bit of clarification added. Now because of the number of people involved-Okie's description was on the complicated side. It would really be beyond belief to suppose that # 1 Okie and Andrew would have rehearsed together such a complicated lie and be able to keep the details straight #2 or to suppose that Andrew would have any reason to lie for Okie.

 

As for the expense-- heck yes it was expensive. Any hiring these days is expensive. The argument that the money spent on hiring should be used for something more deserving could be applied to any of us here on the Forum or to anyone not on the Forum who spends any money on anything that is not a family necessity.

 

I guess I do have a confession though-- there are things that bother me about Okie's adventures-- three major ones in fact

 

1). I regret that Okie probably won't ever invite me to one of his parties.

2). I'm upset I can't afford to do these kind of events

3). I'm really really upset that Okie won't adopt me and make me his heir

 

Aside from that if Okie can afford these events-- and can continue to maintain his lifestyle, I say let him do what he wants. And I hope he is kind enough to continue to share them with us.

I will say that obviously Baron has a right to his opinion. It just seems like a strange opinion (to me) for a guy (I'm presuming here) who frequents an escort review site and is a fairly frequent poster to a Forum on said site.
