Does anyone know who owns/runs the men4rent site? Because I'm fed up!

It seems to me that the real problem is not so much men4rentnow, but with CCBill. Reality

is, that if you ever bounce a check with CCBill your dead meat as far as using any web site where CCBill is the thrid party. What CCBill wants of course, is a Chase Mastercard, with a high limit. So I think the quarrel should not be with men4rent now, but with CCBill.

Ya... it's a CCbilling issue. men4rentnow.com is not a bad site. It's reasonably priced in comparison to the multiple city charges you will pay with rentboy.

Rentmen is a reliable and very good site to sign up with... would be better if they had better west coast representation. The guys that run it are great guys and really believe in providing a good site and being there for those who visit.

To my knowledge, when you use a credit card or debit card option with CCBilling and your card is declined for whatever reason, they send you an email letting you know that your ad will expire and then when it does, they send you another email telling you your ad has been suspended but still exists. You are prompted to go to the CCBilling site, pay the bill by updating your payment method or card information. After you pay, your ad is up and running usually in a few minutes to a few hours depending upon how quickly your card can be verified. Always be sure to check what payment option and method you have agreed to is the one you really want and works for you best.

This is really interrupting what's supposed to be a fun and profitable vacation...

 

For those of you who use men4rent, know how it goes. You pay $39.95 and then it re-bills at $99.95 just like all the internet porn websites (colt, extra-big dicks).

 

Well, they got the $39.95 in the form of an online check I wrote out. It came out 2 weeks later. Then, they re-billed it as an online check and I did not realize they had used that method until I found out they tried to collect it 2 weeks later again for the $99.95 when the funds happened to be in my savings account. Well, I received no notification from either CCBill/Wintice (their 3rd party billing group) nor men4rent as to when they would debit out the $99.95. However, my bank rejected the payment and I was also not notified until I look at my ad this morning and I can't log in! It's gone, not even listed.

 

And what makes it so bad is I was on my way 500 miles across the country to another state and my ad isn't up!

 

I have been furious all day about this and customer service also mentioned to not allow me back on the site. This after I have paid them every month for over 2 years! However, they were willing to let me send a money order in the mail. WTF!? I have used the same checking account to make my payment for the last 4 months. I am out of town on business and my ad isn't up. And I've been a long-standing member.

 

I know bouncing a check isn't good, but most companies you pay a fee and then use another payment method (not snail mail). I have never bounced a check with my regular bills, but some weeks I want to hold off on paying for advertisement (especially when 10 other bills are due the same week!) and so I use an online check until I can put money in my account, which I ALWAYS do within 2-3 days at the most, always after the 1st client I see...but this go around I had no idea they re-billed me thru a check nor did I know which date they were going to run the check thru. And it's different with regular bills because if you don't have it right then, they give you time to pay it. But men4rent/rentboy all these other sites cut your ad off the day your membership expires. Hell, even my gym lets you attend 3 times after your bill is due if it's late!

 

For them to do something like this is disheartening because it's my only means of income (which happens to be very decent and comfortable). The money has been sitting in my account all this time and they are not compromising.

 

I have never been able to find out who owns that site or the name of the webmaster. Does anyone know if the owner for Cruisingforescorts.com is the same owner for men4rent? I get tired of emailing back and forth. Atleast with rentboy you can call and speak to live people and the owner. Only thing is out here in the mountain west it just isn't very popular
