My trip to LeBoyz and Club 20 tonight (3-13)

This was my first time to LeBoyz and my second time to Club 20. Frankly I was extremely disappointed in both but really disappointed in LeBoyz.

 

LeBoyz tonight was completely dead the entire night. Even the boys wanted to go home. I think having both the Club 20 and LeBoyz on Sunday night is a mistake. There just doesn't seem to be the market to support both it seems.

 

But at LeBoyz most of the dancers were straight which is not my cup of tea at all. All they care about is a cheap lapdance and I mean cheap in the experience not in the price. There was one hot Romanian there that we spent some time with that was extremely hot, but when my friend asked if they were gay or straight they all said "uh uh bi or bi-curious" because they knew that saying 'straight' would be a turn off. I know some guys like that but I'm not one of them. And it seems I'm noticing that most dancers in NYC are now straight and that is extremely disappointing.

 

So we left LeBoyz at 10 and went Club 20 and it was very crowded but again for me, most of the guys were straight and big muscle guys that do nothing for me. There was one hot gay guy, Conrad that we spent some time talking to, but again, it's all about getting guys to do a "cheap" lapdance or go the champagne room. I frankly don't think these places make sense. You can have much more of a satisfying experience just hiring an escort for an hour an evening and it might even be cheaper. . .

 

I've been wanting to get this out of my system and now that I have I doubt I will do it again. I for the longest time thought I was missing something by living in LA, but now I no longer think that. I think the scene in LA is better than in NYC. Even Splash has pushed their dancers until late in the evening during their party events versus happy hour. They seem to have forgotten the target market.

I completely agree with you regarding Splash - I'm not sure what their target audience is there - Friday nights are a freak show with tu-tu wearing trannies and toothpick thin kids in thongs - one time seeing that was one time too many ! There used to be attractive, buff dancers at Splash - where did they go ?

I went to the Long island strip show last night.I have never been to LeBoyz but I have been to Club 20 a few times.At Club 20 I have always felt like a human ATM machine...high priced drinks...everyone has their hand out for a tip.....limp noodles in the champagne rooms.

When I walked in I was somewhat disappointed by the small crowd but i figured what the hell it will be easier for me to get lapdances from the guys I like.I was also disappointed by the smaller number of dancers attending than what had been advertised but I don't blame Buffdaddy as these guys flake out all the time.But there were 2 very hot dancers that caught my eye right away.One was at the bar named Bryan.Awesome blond buffed boy next door type.The other and I am embarrassed to say I forgot his name actually had hair on his chest and stomach(yummy)and was very buffed also.

What I like about the Long Island place is that you walk in and the stage is surrounded by comfy couches and a few tables but it is a very intimate section.Lap dances are done in another room and no one can see or watch you.

I will say that the lap dance/champagne room experience last night was far better and way more satisfying than any that I ever had at the Club 20.

I will continue to support the Buffboyz and continue to tell people to come out on Sunday night because I like the way things work out here.I get to sit on a couch and watch hot naked guys dance.Then I get to pick one or 2 or maybe 3 to take to the back.And yes it's a much better value for your buck and a bit cheaper too.

If people support them and show up then more dancers will show.Let's face it...they're not there to do volunteer work they need to make money.

While I found the experience last night enjoyable I did have a few slight turn offs.One is that there should be a little more light on the dancer but please don't put them on full blast as I remember the glare from them several years ago.The other is that some of the dancers should circulate more instead of hanging at the bar.I would never approach a dancer who is standing with a group of people.But that's just me.

Im really sorry you did not enjoy the LeBoyz experience. The last 2 weeks we have had less dancers than confirmed (I pretty much know why but thats another story) but out of the 18 dancers we had last night 5 are GAY and like 4 are bi (again dont ask me how I know BUT I know) and the rest straight. We have tried very hard to make the experience pleasant to great even if we are not completely crowded. Our door numbers last 2 weeks have been under 90 but the party atmosphere never goes away. Plus to add we are the only club offering the Hot weekly buffet, Naked Shadow Box LOWER PRICED Drinks & Champaigne rooms and a Midtown address. If its not for you we understand but please don't ruin it for everyone else, If your ever in the area please stop in and we can chat maybe if given the chance again we can make you a LeBoyz Lover! EXPAT, sorry you found LeBoyz lacking. Couple of thoughts from my visit there last night...

 

I liked the mix of boys a lot. Granted my thing is ethnic twinks. But my observation was that management has been working hard to get a good mix -- from twinks to minks to muscle hunks, and a selection of Latino, black and white dancers. All of them pretty gorgeous, to my eye.

 

Regarding the gay/straight thing ... indiscreet to name names, but if that matters to you, I can say I just don't think you looked hard enough!

 

One more thing I noticed -- LeBoyz management has impressively upgraded the hot buffet. Last night they offered a very good Oriental chicken with pineapple; rice; steamed mixed vegetables; and selection of tasty cookies for dessert. Plus chips and generous bowls of pretzels and popcorn along the bar the whole night. Not to mention continuing the early-evening 2-for-1 drinks.

Hay LIGUY, thanks for coming down last night. Yes we are a work in progress We just

 

started to do every Sunday so as the word gets out, and more people see our ad

 

in the Long Island PM Magazine, we will be fine, we dont need 100 people to make

 

our night, and i run my own juice bar, and lap/champagne rooms, so its my call

 

not the club on what i charge. Yes 3 of my guys didnt show last night, but all the

 

last Sundays the guys have been great in showing up. Most of the Boyzz are Long Island grown

 

That was Kyle last night never danced before, and his first time ever. In all my years

 

doing this its a pleasure working with the guys from the island just a different breed.

 

Striker a favorite here and hot on stage will return this Sunday from Fla.

 

Its funny you metioned the lights, just before you came i guess i turned down the

 

lights on the stage mybad.

 

And yes i have to remind the guys from time to time what they are there for, since

 

most are from the island they mingle with me by the bar and talk.

 

Right now will do 6-8 dancers on a Sunday night, when the time comes il add more

 

My goal is to make this a fun, intimate lounge that we can hang out, talk

 

and watch some hot naked guys on stage, this is what we do here, im not looking

 

to compete with the boys in Manhattan, Tim is a friend of mine and i wish him well

 

@ Club 20, I dont know Toney from LeBoyz, im sure we will meet one day. We have

 

Queens, Nassau, Suffolk guys to draw from with a population of maybe over 5 million,

 

plus we been getting the guys from CT, Westchester on some Sundays

I have gone a few times by LIRR. It's pretty easy: the trains run fairly frequently and there are always cabs waiting at the station to take you to the Show World. You can go to either Wyandanch (which is the closest) or Lindenhurst/Babylon, which is a little further away. Either is only a quick cab ride from the station.
