We have M4RN as well as A4A, but want to start straying away from A4A and just focus on sites that are strictly Escort / Masseur sites.

 

What sites are there that do just as well as M4RN in getting clients?

 

Any suggestions would be great..

I have gotten used to gayromeo in Europe and now I always check it for US cities. I like the way that it organizes escort info and pics. I like the guestbook feature. The guestbook may not be quite reviews in Daddy's sense, but they can be very informative. The gayromeo listing is free for escorts, unless you choose the "PLUS". But the PLUS only gets you a higher position in an uncrowded US field. I think that at least at first you will tend to get Europeans as clients through gayromeo. If all US escorts would sign up for it, it would be the best site in the US. Gayromeo in North Carolina is currently thin in listings, but heavy on bottoms.

You guys may want to keep your ad on M4RN updated. You still have travel dates listed for DC last year in September. When I look at ads I look for professionals that take their business seriously and when I see ads that are not updated it makes me wonder.

No one has mentioned Rentboy.com. It is the best for clients of escorts.

Actually it's stuck like that. We have emailed M4RN over and over, and they can't fix it. So never assume that we don't take care of our ads, but maybe it's something that is out of our control.

I do get most of my clients from M4RN. I've tried Rentboy but didn't do all that well. I think I didn't do well because I'm not a boy, I'm in my 40's

I've also tried A4A.That is hit or miss. Lately it's been a miss and with their increased fees, I don't think it's worth listing there anymore.

My favorite site is Rentmen.com It's inexpensive, interactive, and much more user friendly than M4RN is. I still get most of my clients from M4RN now, but think Rentmen is a better site. They also give you free months for every video you post

i think it depends on your state. rentboy is popular in CA and NY Where M4RN is popular in Atlanta and other southern cities.

I'm based in San Francisco and have had the best luck with M4RN. I haven't done too bad on Rentmen.com as well.Though I still do better on M4RN. I think for what I pay for Rentmen, It's worth it.

But for 2 bucks to post and 2 bucks to repost throughout the week it may not be a bad idea. Its very hit and miss though just like adam. Lots of bargain hunters and mostly bi clients. And remember, all of this is very city dependent as well. What works in one may not work in another. When i lived in san antonio it was sad to see $100 a month on men4rent garnish only 1 or 2 clients a month.

And I never use M4RN because I consider it unreliable because they have so many "dead" ads. I'm not sure what ad I can trust there and what I can't.

M4RN does have 'dead' ads, but they can be spotted by the lack of contact information. You also have to notice which ads are for people are actually in the area vs those placed by escorts who list it as potential travel ciy.

 

But for North Carolina, M4RN still has significantly more current ads than rentboy or rentmen or gayromeo. I don't think I;ve ever hired from those sites in NC - but in NYC, I use rentboy.

In New York, I mostly hire off of Rentboy, sometimes Rentmen, NEVER m4rn. It's just too hard a website to browse. I'll go to craigslist before I look at m4rn. It's funny how things vary by locality, though even when I travel I tend to stick with Rentboy or Rentmen.

I've always used M4RN...after 8 horrid months of starting on AmericanMale.

 

Pay sites usually get much more traffic than free sites in my experience, though I'm not completely sure (psychologically) why.

 

 

When times have gotten slow, I've considered going to Rentboy to augment my schedule...and then I find myself bombarded by new contacts from M4RN. So I've never done it; I have also noticed a lot of crossover between Rentboy and M4RN in terms of the patrons. I don't want to pay for another posting that turns up no new business.

 

I agree with those above who say location dictates which site is most popular--and everyone has their favorites--but from what I have seen, M4RN seems to be the most widely used (at least in viewing) regardless of region.

I used those sites briefly but to me they add on too much to my monthly bills. Massage m4m lets you pay $20 one time and then $99 a month after. And masseurfinder is cheaper but I didn't get as much from there. I'd rather just be seen as an escort rather than the massage guy who 'might' do a little more. Not saying you are doing that, but generally...But, occasionally I do feel like doing massage so I'll just go for it. Massage m4m has definently done its job, but again....psychologically I am put off having to pay ANOTHER site ANOTHER $99 a month.

 

For that, I'd rather advertise massage on backpage or (in ancient times) craigslist. But craigslist I give up. They reject my ads incessantly for no apparent reason. $10, $10, $10...So I just gave up on them forever. I hope they succum...

I always hire my guys from Rentboy.com and/or Daddysreviews.com. With very few exceptions, the far superior and professional-escorts that I've hired advertise on RBoy and are well-reviewed on Daddys. If they are not to be found on either of these sites, I don't even inquire (but that's just my humble opinion). Good luck Dane & Jake.
