It appears that he is no longer in jail - he was paroled in 2009 ( http://www.peacelovelunges.com/interviews/mark-dalton-approved-for-parole/ ) tho I may be wrong (if anyone has more info, please chime in). But he has a web site that appears to be current: http://www.markdaltonxxx.com/

 

Check Wikipedia for his history - tho it looks like the article needs updating.
